Hate having to write this but as of today, again, because of the on going coronavirus situation it has been decided that Jonathan’s house in Seahouses is closed for the rest of this year. Really sorry to all those families that were booked, we are in the business of trying to help families have a lovely time for a week but, the situation means we have to take this action. Next year Chin-up will be back to doing what it does best, offering families a chance to have a fun time together. Take care everyone and be safe.

Jonathan’s House Closure

Owing to the coronavirus pandemic, Chin-Up has taken the decision – under advisement – to shut down Jonathan’s House for April, May, June, July and August. Any decision Chin-Up makes is not taken lightly we know how much these holidays mean to families. Chin-Up has also suspended all fund raising activites..
It’s not an easy decision but in these times, a necessary one.

From all Chin-up, please stay safe. Again if anyone needs to talk I’m always here.

Ellen

Owing to a change in personal the web site has been a bit neglected, hopefully this is about to change.

I would like to start by thanking the lovely people who ran in the Great North Run for us. Thanks to Leanne, Julie, Jonathan, Charlotte, Liam and Daniel. Well done, your efforts really are appreciated.

A little update on Jonathan’s House, the very kind staff and directors of Eggar Hexham, who donated and fitted a fantastic ramp to allow wheelchair users access from the house into the back garden. Thank you so much for your generosity.

We are holding a coffee morning on 16th November 2019 at the Trinty Church Beaumont Street Hexham 9.30a.m. until 12.30p.m. Why not pop in for a cuppa and a chat to find out more of what we do. Also treat yourself to a cake from our cake stall and maybe find a small Christmas gift
